Today I had a 4 hand massage with Mina and her team and it was awesome. The combination of pressure and Technic relieved the stress and knots from my neck and from my lower back. I left standing taller and pain-free! I will definitely return to deal with the constant battle with my body that comes from sitting at a computer 8 to 10 hours a day
