I was referred to Brad Black the VP on the team at High Performance Roofing through my insurance agent. I value honest transparent discussions and recommendations based on my situation. Brad and team certainly succeeded in achieving that. As opposed to pressuring me towards filing an unnecessary roof claim we shifted focus to repairs (repairs cost less than deductible) which was minor and saved me thousands out of pocket. Additionally, Brad conducted an exterior inspection of my house and provided an assessment on windows as many required replacement. This company is amazing! They replaced our roof several years ago using high impact shingles, and we’ve had no further damage from hailstorms. Other roofers will ring our doorbell offering “free roof inspections”. We tell them we have high impact shingles, and they just walk away dejected. Ha! They recently came out to repair our skylight. Got it done quickly in one visit. The company is dependable, punctual, thorough, and reasonable in their prices. I highly recommend them.
