We had a great experience with the whole Heritance Realty Group buying and selling our homes. Jared spent over a year helping us find a new home to meet our family needs. It was no easy task in this crazy market, with our specific search requirements of a large home with large backyard. Jared and Jonathan helped answer all our questions. They made sure we understood each step of the process from negotiating to preparing our home to be sold. Danielle kept us informed on each important date and steps in the process to keep things on track for closing on both homes. They all worked really well together. One of the most outstanding qualities of the team was the integrity behind each individual and the whole team. We can’t not thank them enough for the smooth process and excitement of being in our new home.

We had a great experience working with Jonathan and Danielle! I would recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy a house! They were very responsive and frequently checked in on us. We bought a new build home and Jonathan continually checked on the progress of the home, communicated with the builder and sales team, and always made sure to relay that info to us in a very timely manner. It was a pleasure working with them, and will definitely be using them again for any future home selling and buying!
