I don't understand why there is such a difference between locations in quality of haircut.
Little Elm Towne Crossing: Always 4- or 5-star experience, but they are extremely backed up at times (I've seen up to 70+ minute wait before), so I go to another location.
Westside Market & Teel Village locations: I would give both of these a 2- or 3-star rating. Just not the same quality hair cut as the Little Elm Towne Crossing location.

We are not happy with the hair stylist (Patricia) who cut my daughter's hair. We asked her to cut with lots of layers and do some face framing. She refused to do the face framing and we could not see the layers at all. It looked just the straight hair cut as she did not know how to do layers and face framing. My daughter felt like crying as she was very hopeful to get the great hair cut done this time as well, as she had good, layered cut last time at the same place but with different stylist. We gave the tip as well but really felt it's not at all worth it. We are really disappointed. May be we will try some other place next time.
