I came here last minute to get a pedicure and am SO glad I did! I got a "Majestic" pedicure + gel polish (ended up being $65 which seemed very reasonably priced for what you receive) with Tony, & he did a PHENOMENAL job, was super friendly, & gave the best foot/leg massage I think I've ever received while getting a pedicure! I have very small toenails, so a lot of times I end up getting cut or being in pain, but thankfully there was none of that + he kept asking if everything was good, if anything hurt, etc. which I very much appreciated. I will definitely be coming back (& specifically requesting for Tony lol).
I visited Grandlux this past week for a manicure and pedicure. I was a bit apprehensive after reading some reviews but I had a gift card from a friend so decided to give it a chance. I'm so glad I did. I went on a Wednesday around noon. My wait time was under 5 minutes. The lady at the desk helped explain the different services. I went with their top manicure and pedicure package (can't remember the name and it was amazing). The manicure was $40 and pedicure was $60.Khai did my pedicure and Laurie did my manicure. The constant turnover of technicians has affected the quality of service. After 3-4 years of being a semi-regular customer, the delays in receiving service and lack of bilingual communication have affected my decision to permanently find another salon.
