I visited Grandlux this past week for a manicure and pedicure. I was a bit apprehensive after reading some reviews but I had a gift card from a friend so decided to give it a chance. I'm so glad I did. I went on a Wednesday around noon. My wait time was under 5 minutes. The lady at the desk helped explain the different services. I went with their top manicure and pedicure package (can't remember the name and it was amazing). The manicure was $40 and pedicure was $60.Khai did my pedicure and Laurie did my manicure. The constant turnover of technicians has affected the quality of service. After 3-4 years of being a semi-regular customer, the delays in receiving service and lack of bilingual communication have affected my decision to permanently find another salon.

I have been going to this place for a little over 2 years now. I am very happy with their service and always enjoy getting my nails done here. The staff is very friendly, but Tony in particular is amazing. Tony went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the nail service. Very happy with this location and 10/10 would recommend to anyone.
