Believe the reviews. This was an unprofessional experience from start to finish.

The workstation was visibly dirty, which should have been the first red flag. He requires you to prepay for the service and a tip before the barber even does anything.

When I pointed out clear mistakes during the cut, he refused to acknowledge or correct them. Since the money had already changed hands, there was zero accountability or effort to ensure customer satisfaction. Save your money and go to a shop that prioritizes hygiene and basic professional standards.

I wouldn’t recommend this spot. Gonzalo showed up late to my appointment with no explanation, and the vibe was off from the start. I booked the most expensive service and it still wasn’t it. The cut felt rushed, the details were sloppy, and it didn’t match what I asked for at all.

Not sure if he was just having an off day, but the effort wasn’t there. No respect for my time, minimal attention to detail, and the whole experience felt like bare-minimum energy. I walked out annoyed and honestly wishing I booked somewhere else.

I’m not posting pictures I’m not trying to drag anybody but the service didn’t match the price.
