GC Flooring Pros is a fantastic company!! Our house recently had water damage due to a leaking dishwasher. Jeff Cappon came to our home to assess the damage and provide us with an initial estimate. After we accepted him as our contractor, he worked directly with the insurance adjuster and answered all questions and concerns the adjuster had. He consistently kept us in the loop when communicating to our insurance company. The letters GC in the name should stand for Great Company, Great Contractor, or Great Communicators, because Jeff and his staff kept us informed every step of the way. They communicated what to expect, timelines, and any unexpected issues needing to be mitigated. They were quick to respond to any questions we had regarding the project. They accommodated changes we wanted for our kitchen vent hood and were really helpful and patient with assisting us with flooring options. Renovating our home after water damage was very stressful and inconvenient. GC Flooring Pros made that transition much easier and less stressful because of their great communication, and the quality of their work. Jeff's team did a phenomenal job, and to be clear, we are 100% satisfied with the work they did for us. From the beginning to the end of service , we couldn’t have been more pleased with GC Flooring. Great customer service and the crew that put in two rooms of hand scraped wood did an amazing job in a short amount of time. They also resurfaced our existing hand scraped wood flooring and made them look like new. Even able to fix some pretty deep scratches in our main living room. Thank you GC flooring. Will be using them again in the near future for some needed travertine and carpet service.
