Last year our unit of 20 years - YES, 20 years! - finally went to that big recycle yard in the sky. We shopped around at MANY places but couldn't find a reasonably priced unit. After our next door neighbor recommended Mike, he found us a greater capacity unit at a price point 10-20% lower than all the other quotes; the new unit has worked flawless. Fast forward to yesterday, we had a problem with our other 20 year old unit that ultimately turned out to be electrical. Mike and his crew spent hours correcting it - and were AMAZINGLY generous with the amount they charged. Phenomenal customer service - and would strongly recommend.
Had a super positive experience in May 2022 with Mike and his amazing crew. They’re knowledgeable, friendly, sensitive to client needs and truly care about their customers. They dealt with supply chain issues, warranty, and finding a quick solution. Mike even went out of his way to get a part very far away and had our system running in 24 hours, which is unheard of these days. Highly recommend them!!
I would recommend Mike and his team wholeheartedly. Their prompt and professional service was amazing. We had an issue with one of our AC units late on a Saturday afternoon. MIke came over to assess the problem in half of an hour and had his crew at our house shortly there after. They had the issue fixed and our house cooled off in no time. We will never use anyone else.
