I made a call that morning to discuss my concerns with my vehicle. The car would not start if it was sitting for 24 hrs or more. I would always go to another Firestone near this one but I always felt that they were not trustworthy and it seems as if they were trying to take advantage of me. The Frisco location was able to download my previous visits from another Firestone. The employee was very helpful and he discussed possible issues with my vehicle. He seemed very honest and very knowledgable about what may be going in with my car. When I arrived a few hours later.
