“​This was my first time at Impact Cuts. Since I live nearby, I wanted to give it a try. I set up my appointment two days ago and received a confirmation email promptly the next day.

​My barber was Roger, and he was fantastic. He maintained professionalism throughout my appointment and clearly outlined the package I would receive, including the haircut, shampoo, and hot towel. He also gave some excellent recommendations for a haircut that would suit my style and hair type.

​During the service, we had a great conversation, and I truly felt treated like a friend.

​Roger's attention to detail was top-notch. The appointment was only scheduled for 40 minutes, but Roger went well beyond the listed time, making absolutely sure I was completely satisfied with the result.

​While Google reviews only allow a maximum of 5 stars, I would honestly give Roger more stars if I could for the incredible service I received on my first visit!
