I am absolutely stunned by the negative reviews for this clinic. I went in today , I was treated with kindness and professionalism at the front desk. I was taken back to the treatment area , asked a couple of questions and I had all of my concerns addressed. Then the doctor and two staff members came into treatment area- Dr Li spent a couple minutes with me- addressed my concerns and offered to courses of treatment I chose to have a few benign growths frozen off my back She reviewed to others on my neck and head , told me what they were and that was that. Love love love Epiphany Dermatology!! Katie is THE BEST! Their staff is super friendly & I always leave with a smile & even a laugh or two! If you have any dermatology needs Epiphany is the palace to be!☺️
I’ve been seeing the PA, Katie, for a few years now. She is always friendly and thorough. Her assistants are great as well—Monique and Ava. I highly recommend Katie. The office staff is also friendly.
