The front office staff is always very kind. I love my lash gal, Chen! I’ve been going to her for years and I love how gentle she is. She is consistent with her lash work and my eyes are never irritated. Oh and if you need a nap, they have you covered. The soft spa like music will put you out instantly. The lash rooms are divided by drapery so you have some privacy.

I left my original lash girl after about eight years and decided to give Dep lashes a try because they were so close to the house. I went in a few times before I was finally matched with Chen. I have been going to her for roughly about a year and she does a great job and most importantly puts up with my snoring during nap time! They are closed on Sundays and Mondays. I always try to book an advance because they do tend to book up, however, have always been accommodating when I need to move my appointment to an earlier date.

I’ve been going to Dep Lashes for almost 6 years ! Back in 2018, I tried another lash business and did not like it.

Emma fixed me with a new set @ Dep Lashes (Dallas Pkwy/location that was pre-pandemic) in 2018 and I never left since.

I LOVE everything about my lashes, and always get complimented everywhere I go. Emma has given me different “styles” over the years and kept up with the lash trends (spikes, etc.) but always to my liking (full big volume/glam). I cannot ever be without lashes, and stay up to date with my appointments. The only time I was ever unable to have lashes was during Covid, but I returned right away.
