Dr. Darlene Jones and staff are friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I've been coming to this office for about two years and they recently moved to a beautiful and larger location which is very inviting. The optical offers a large assortment of designer frames. I highly recommend this office for all your eye vision needs.
I was looking for a specific frame, and my internet search showed me the stores that may have them. Five of the stores I called carried the frame, but didn’t have the specific color I wanted in stock; & none of them were willing to order it for me without my purchasing the frame ahead of time—including the place where I’d had my eye exam! Thankfully I didn’t give up, as my 6th call was to Contact Lens & EyeCare Gallery! They were more than happy to order the frame & allow me to actually try it on before I made the decision to buy it. Every step of the way they were helpful, courteous, professional & even fun! Their customer service is amazing, & they are well worth the 40 minute drive for me! (They’ve won me over so the next time I need an eye exam, I’ll be coming here for that, as well!)
