She excels in maintaining our engagement throughout all the fundamental activities aimed at enhancing muscle strength and promoting mental and physical toning. What a wonderful pilates class I attended this morning @Club Pilates Frisco. Toni is an amazing instructor, she always encourages me to move to the next level during each exercise. If you are interested in trying pilates for the first time or have been in the practice of pilates, I highly recommend taking one of Toni’s class.
