Technicians are very good at their jobs they got right to work to diagnose the problem and are very informative about any damage 10 out of 10 recommend this location to anyone that needs help they are honest dependable and reliable employees that truly enjoy helping

This is a new location in Frisco with a nice waiting area (tables, chairs, seats, coffee, free WiFi) and super service. I brought two cars for service (multiple issues - steering, electrical, etc) and Andre did an outstanding job. They diagnosed and repaired the problems quickly and efficiently. He kept me updated on the progress for each and provided applicable discounts without me even asking. This will be my “go to” repair shop from now on. Great job!

Went to Brakes Plus for the first time and they did not disappoint! They did an awesome job in a timely manner and kept me informed of what was going on with my vehicle, which was great. I will definitely be going back. Great job!
