He will walk you through the process, help with the adjuster and insurance company, make sure the job is done right and then come back to make sure everything is cleaned up properly and you are completely satisfied. Not only did he show up early, he was able to one of his guys out and complete the repair on the same day. They did a tremendous job, same day, for a very reasonable price.
