On time arrival (actually early); troubleshooting completed and the underlying cause of the electrical problem was determined. They were able to make the fix right away, as they had parts on the truck. Work performed by Benchmark Electrical also has a warranty. I am pleased with the responsiveness of the company and having everything fixed without a second visit.
Fast, efficient and fair. I recently had an issue with smoke with an electrical smell. I first called the fire department to come and do a quick check and they suggested leaving the circuit off until electrician could come by. Since I work from home I was hoping to get the Issue fixed very quickly after doing a quick Google search I found Benchmark, electric local to 76227. Since I had nothing else to go by, I selected them due to proximity and star rating. However within three hours they had technician Bryan Fuentes at my door. Brian Q. was amazing on-site, these guys know Tesla chargers well, answered all my questions, good quality hardware, came out and fixed a breaker under warranty and installed a home surge protection system. Dispatcher on the phone was awesome, next day service, Tesla approved vendor, they know all the inside workings of Tesla support too, Brian Q. did my Tesla charger last year , was great that the same guy came out for my warranty and surge protector install… these guys are great!!!
