AMAZING! I would give them 10 stars! From the first phone call interaction, to stepping inside the office and being presented a clean and visually stimulating space, to the actual appointment and getting to meet Dr. James, Jonny, and Jenny. Everyone is a vibe and we throughly enjoyed every single aspect of our appointment. They earned clients for life. Dr.James & Jonny’s knowledge/experiences and individual communication styles made the process easy to understand and comfortable. I have never been adjusted, had acupuncture, or cupping, however, each portion of the appointment was much needed and I have no regrets. Part of me wants to go for a run while the other wants a nap. :). Energized, relaxed, and renewed is my current state of mind/body! The juice shot you receive at the end was unexpected and YUMMY. It was so good that I had to buy a bottle to take home. lol! Even the weighted blanket you get while sitting in the massage chair added to the experience. It’s those small details that matter and turns an already great experience into an OUTSTANDING experience. There are obviously other options in the area to receive these types of services…HOWEVER, the Align team offers that next level service, so my recommendation is to choose ALIGN, you will NOT regret it. The very best in Frisco. I always feel like a million bucks after treatment. Dr. Nguyen and his staff are so friendly and inviting every time I arrive. On my last visit, I could hardly move due to severe back spasms. After that visit, my back was markedly improved. Dr. Nguyen is a miracle worker. Do yourself a favor and get some treatment at Align Frisco.
