I was referred to Yin & Yang Healthcare for ongoing lower back pain, and my experience has been exceptional from the very beginning. The entire staff was welcoming, professional, and very accommodating when it came to scheduling appointments and addressing any concerns I had throughout my treatment.
Dr. Ouyang took the time to listen carefully to my symptoms and was extremely patient in explaining the treatment process. Since I had never experienced acupuncture before, I had many questions and some hesitation, but Dr. Ouyang thoroughly answered each one and made me feel comfortable and confident with my care.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Ouyang and can’t recommend their acupuncture treatment highly enough. From the moment I walked in, the environment was calm, clean, and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease.

I just wanted to take a few minutes to say this was my first time doing acupuncture and I'm very surprised and very happy with the results so far. I was having some nerve pain due to a past fusion in my neck and after the first two treatments I was amazed at the difference that I felt and now I've done one more treatment and have one more coming up and it just keeps getting better and better. I went from a massive amount of pain and numbness and tingling in my arms and hands feeling about 50% to about 90% now with just a small amount of tingling and numbness and no pain at all.
