They saved our desired frame since we wanted to walk first prior to making a final decision, no hassling. Once I decided that the frame was right for me, the same store representative pulled up my profile, took my measurements and payment. Very friendly and helpful staff. Dr Patel was very accommodating to my discomfort to having anything close to my eye and made me feel comfortable. She also was very knowledgeable and took time to answer all my questions with a smile. I have been to several other providers over the years but now I think I found my permanent Optometrist.
