Valvoline started adding a surcharge to your bill due to the price of oil. I have not seen this applied when buying oil by the quart at retailers. This is not discussed before the service, but added after.

The oil changes here are good. No issues with that part. The technician that was working with me today in particular seemed disappointed when a car comes. I guess the time he took to look at his phone wasn’t enough.

Everyone was very professional, organized, and staying in my car while getting my oil changed is very convenient. The team was friendly and showed me my oil levels, made recommendations for future maintenance and I was in and out quickly.
