Mark was outstanding. He not only fixed our faucets quickly and for a reasonable price, but he also arrived within a few hours of calling since we couldn’t turn off our shower. And he gave me a detailed estimate beforehand with several options with zero sales pressure at all. He showed me what was wrong with our old faucet parts in detail and showed me the OEM brand-name replacements that he used.
As a bonus, he helped me fix a small issue on our sewer line and even took our empty garbage can in from the street. All for no extra charge.
