You know how it feels when you're in need of AC repair and not sure where to go? Google search gives dozens of suggestions, many with fancy websites, a parking lot full of expensive work vans and uniformed workers, but how good are they, really? And what about cost? Those vans are expensive. :-)
I feel I got very lucky finding Mr. Nguyen at Rich's. I used a map search and found the business address (as listed) was in my neighborhood, only a couple of blocks away. Rich's has been doing the regular maintenance on my heating and cooling systems for about 7 years. My units were original to the house - about 16 years. One of my AC units finally was beyond the point of repair, they came out to diagnose on a Friday and Saturday morning they were at my house ready to replace. About 4 hours in and out and I couldn't have asked for more; they were friendly, thorough, respectful of property, showed me everything that had been done and left my house cleaner than it was before they got here. I have been using Rich's A/C for a while, Hung always pulls through. Actually, after 3 weeks of going through my home owners insurance for repairs and not being able to solve the problem (still pending), Rich's A/C came over today and installed a new unit for half the price of all the other HVAC companies in the area. Hung, the owner, is very honest, informative, helpful, and will do whatever it takes for you to get taken care of, right there and then. He does not horse around and gives story upon story, and a high price at the end. If you have problems with you air condition or heating system call Rich's A/C and Heating...
