We called on Sunday and Samer came out within an hour or so, diagnosed and fixed our problem! He was very friendly and showed us exactly what was wrong, and why. The new part he had on hand fixed the problem, but he had a better, more reliable one in the shop so he got us going and came back the next day and swapped the part. Will definitely use again as I trust him to do the right thing.
Samer quickly diagnosed the issue and replaced the capacitor. He was happy to let me watch each step and ask questions. He even took the time to teach me about amps and a better location for the float switch. Samer and I also talked about our families and the importance of purpose in life. He is a skilled HVAC technician and a great guy!
