Had an issue with my billing today, the manager, Kylie, went above and beyond to help me. Honestly, I’ve been tanning here for nearly a decade and she is one of the few managers who always is so pleasant. Thanks again!

I’ve been coming to this salon for years, and I always love the relaxing environment and cleanliness. However, the person at the desk here now is less than nice. I recently restarted my membership and the person whom I spoke to on the phone was super nice and informative, then I show up, and the person at the front desk has been the most unenthusiastic, unfriendly, and even acts bothered by my questions. I’ve been in about 4 times since I renewed my membership and every encounter with her is rudeness and uncomfortable for me.
