This was a wonderful massage and addressed my issue of arthritis. Kevin explained what he was doing and why, which I really appreciated. The massage was relaxing and helpful. I am definitely going back and anyone with issues with their body or just want to feel better should book a massage with Kevin.

Kevin is super knowledgable and his technique is gentle and provides more relief than any massage or chiropractor I've tried. I have scar tissue from a thyroidectomy and the orthopedic massage and dolphin neurostim are awesome! He also explains his work and as a result I have been able to retain a lot of the relief. Highly recommended!!

This is my first time going to My Elite Massage, Kevin Smith is very knowledgeable of his profession. He did an excellent job massaging and explained everything that he's doing. I didn't feel any pain during the session except for the pain I already have. I will definitely be back.

This is the first time I’ve ever felt like I was getting “treatment” with a massage versus the cookie cutter massage everyone gets. Kevin is a firm believer in “massage should not be painful,” and he delivers. He is also a wonderful educator, not only explaining everything that he is doing but the rationale behind it. It’s obvious right away that he has a genuine desire to help his clients live as pain-free as possible. I will definitely go back, and I will be referring friends and family.
