I've only gotten 2 or 3 good haircuts, and I've been going up there for a while. When you tell them how you want your hair cut they say yes, okay. Then do the opposite of what you just explained. My experiences have been ok. I don't think I can go back after this last haircut, it was so bad, my daughter, sister and myself had a good laugh at how terrible my haircut was. I think its a language barrier or something. Idk. They don't understand how to shape and fade the sides.

I HAVE BEEN COMING TO THIS LOCATION FOR QUITE SOME TIME NOW, BUT I HAVE TO ADMIT I WAS REALLY UPSET AND DISAPPOINTED IN THE STAFF TODAY. IT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I FELT DISCRIMINATED BY THE OWNER LILY AND STAFF MEMBER KIM. I WAS SKIPPED TWICE BY THESE 2. LILY LIED TO ME BY TELLING ME SHE WAS WAITING ON A APPOINTMENT. SO I SAID OK, A WALK IN COMES IN AND SHE TOOK HIM IN IMMEDIATELY. A GUY WALKS IN AFTER THAT AND Kim WENT TO HIM AND TOLD ME HE HAD CALLED AHEAD WHICH I KNEW THAT WAS A LIE TO. AFTER FINALLY GETTING MY HAIRCUT I CONFRONTED LILY AND ASKED IF SHE Didn't LIKE CUTTING MY HAIR, SHE REPLIED SHE HAD AN APPOINTMENT. I TOLD HER THAT I WAS LISTENING AND THAT WAS NO APPOINTMENT, THE GUY WAS A WALK IN. EVEN HE ASKED IF THEY TOOK WALK IN. I THEN DECIDED TO LEAVE BUT I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK HERE AGAIN, FOR SERVICE LIKE THIS I RATHER GO SOMEPLACE WITH RESPECT AND DIGNITY. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE YOU MAY THINK YOUR WELCOMED BUT THEY LIKE TO PICK AND CHOOSE CUSTOMERS HERE.

I went to this hair salon this morning. I was lucky because the owner here made me satisfied with her service. She is very professional in her hairdressing experience and her staff are also very happy to serve customers like the way she serves me. I came to the right place. I really thanks her for cutting my hair and dyeing my hair color which I have been to many places and they never did it. Thank you so much. I promise I will come back

Worst place to go ! I went to hair cut today .They weren’t that busy at that time .She started to cut my hairs and suddenly people started to come .She just started cutting my hair,and they talked in their language ,IDK what but ,then she started to pushing me ,you done ?,look good? ,my hair was just stared and it was messed .Then she stop cutting my hair and went to take next costumer ? ??? What was that …? They have poor costumer service and hospitality. Not recommended Never ever !!
