I took my son here for a haircut after it had been some time from his last cut. He is on the spectrum and I was nervous how the experience would go as he’s only gotten a haircut at a salon one other time. The area manager I believe her name is Monica (I was so in the moment of happiness I can’t remember fully). She did an amazing job. I was about to leave because my son did not like the clippers. It was a struggle but she got it done and was so gentle, understanding, and genuine while doing so. She is an angel. We will definitely be back!

Straight hair to curly due to meds...I have 2 hair textures...I was almost in tears going in with how little if self confidence I have been with my hair I called prior and talked to somebody, and they said that they had someone that would help me with my curly hair. They were just going through the rotation, and the first girl honestly had no idea what to do with curly hair, she wanted to straight blow dry it with a round brush. And use products with silicone. I met Lauren, and she taught me everything I needed to do. Fixed my haircut from a botched issue at JCPenney's Hair Salon and my hair looks so much better. Excellent service and haircut today by Isabel!!! They were so busy today with their $8.99 special for all customers, but she was patient and did not rush my haircut. She made me feel valued and special and did a beautiful job on my hair!. Plus she herself is beautiful!
