We recently needed our outside spigot replaced. We called FannCo to come and fix the problem. During a repair, a pipe on the inside of the house broke, requiring them to cut a hole in our wall. A simple job was now more complicated. The owner came out and spent 4 hours making sure it was fixed properly. The office staff, plumbers, and ultimately, the owner, we were treated with top service and respect. They are courteous, professional and highly knowledgeable.
Excellent customer service! Professional, polite, and honest! We were impressed with the final invoice price! Way below the cost we were expecting! We will call Fann Co for all future plumbing needs!
