They used to be really good until COVID. I’m not sure what happened but I’ve been “stood up” twice. I had an appointment on two different occasions & both times I arrived on time to a locked door & no sign saying what happened. Tried calling & no answer. I’ve tried to be patient because we have been loyal customers for years since Kathy was the owner. I guess we will have to move on & find somebody else. It would be nice to get a simple phone call rescheduling us if something happened. So sad. ?

Our grooming experience has been nothing but top notch! Great staff, communication, and they take great care of our goldendoodle. Best by far!
