I have never had a problem with Trudy racially profile my son like the pervious review said and we are Hispanic with thick hair. Her prices might not be up to date but she is a small business owner and does a great job! My son's hair always comes out great! I have no complaints! She is always so sweet to us!

Trudy knows how to cut hair: especially asian hair. Did a great job for an out of town visitor. Would visit again if back in houston!Style, shampoo and cut for only 17 dollars. Cant beat that!

I read a review on this shop that the guy was charged $12 for his cut even though the sign outside clearly advertises $10 men's cut. Took my son to get a cut and the exact same thing...$12...when I asked why she said it was for the gel she put in his hair? Really? He is satisfied with his cut and he is picky but that nickel and dime game is ridiculous. IF I take him back I will bring my own gel and see if she finds another excuse to charge $12. Bottom line, if you want to charge $12 then advertise that price and don't try to charge more for a dollop of gel. I did pay $10 and left $1 tip simply because she said $12.
