I have been going to the Nail Salon for 4 years and have always had the most exceptional service. Tiffany is basically one of me and my wife’s best friend at this point.

As an AA American woman or you know just a woman in general who spends 100s of dollars a month on maintenance to relax and feel cute I think the owner is extremely condescending. I specifically asked for my nails to be cared for a certain way and expressed that I was nervous about having someone else do my nails. I said I wanted them SOAKED and not filed too much. This is my second time telling her this because the girl who usually does my nails doesn’t need to be told and I tip her well for taking care of my natural nails while still having shellac. I was ignored and I guess they assumed I would sit through it anyways and I did not. I also canceled my appointment with my regular girl and I won’t be back. I’m disgusted that a simple request for a bowl of acetone was denied because they are rushing through services to accommodate masses. Left crying with my nails a wreck with no apology from the owner. Stay away from here.

Great staff, amazing atmosphere, and highly recommended! From the moment I walked in, the service was top quality—down to the drinks, the friendly team, and how carefully they followed every instruction. The pressure of the massage during my pedicure was absolutely perfect, and what I really appreciated was that they didn’t talk among themselves while working. It made the experience so much more relaxing compared to other places where it sometimes feels like the staff are talking about you.

Hi, I wanted to share my feedback. Mia did a great job on my nails, but I was very disappointed with the pricing. I ended up paying $99, which feels far too expensive. I understand the pricing is set by the owner, but it seems unreasonable that every single detail is charged extra — $47 for dip, $20 for cat eye, $5 for extensions, $5 for length, $5 for shape, $5 for tip color, and $12 just for 6 tiny stones (one finger on each hand). Even if this is the owner’s policy, it feels excessive and disappointing as a customer. I really hope you can reconsider how these charges are structured so people don’t feel overcharged.
