While Dr. Abel is primarily a horse doctor, he does perform the basic vet services (vaccinations, heartworm test, etc) on dogs at a very reasonable price. The office looks like a stable and the dogs don't realize they are at a vet clinic.

They made time to see our puppy the day I called even though they sounded pretty booked. Everyone seemed to truly care about her. Very friendly, and the vet seems very knowledgeable! Will definitely be back in the future.

Dr Abel was able to get my dog in when all the vets around were booked up due to covid. He usually does livestock but he’ll make exceptions for small animals and I’m so glad he got my dog right in. The price was extremely reasonable and I’m so thankful to them!
