Wonderful place! My first time getting lashes was actually a nightmare at another salon just 2 days ago, and I ended up needing them removed. Lash Spa was able to fit me in, carefully remove the bad set, and made me feel comfortable enough to trust them to do a new set. I’m so glad I did! The staff was professional, patient, and reassuring throughout the whole process. My lashes came out beautiful, and I’m beyond happy with the results. I definitely recommend Lash Spa and will be coming back!
Nina is great. I’ve only had a patch test so far for possible allergic reaction but a day later no problem. Looking forward to my first full set!
UPDATE: Another 5 stars!
I had my patch test 4/23 & as of the next morning I had no allergic reaction. I went back 4/24 for my introductory classic set. Nina does excellent work & I’m very happy with my lashes! I will definitely return & I highly recommend Nina & 365 Lash Spa Baybrook!
I have really bad anxiety laying flat and still for long periods of time (I know it’s silly) but Sara was very kind, patient and understanding. The meditation music makes it a very calming experience.
