Just had them install a new Amana furnace and A/C. I cannot believe how polite, courteous, and professional they are. The installation looks amazing and their attention to details is very evident. Highly recommend them! Thank you BNK team for a wonderful job!
I used this company for a water heater repair, and they did a really good job. The technician arrived on time, was respectful, and explained everything clearly before starting. The repair was done properly, and my water heater is working great now. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because it took a little longer than expected to get an appointment. Other than that, the service was excellent, and I’d definitely use them again.
BNK originally installed the furnace we have 9 years ago. When we reached out to them regarding a faulty control board they were more than happy to come out and see the furnace and replace the part that had went out. Evelin was super nice and helped us schedule an appt. Patrick, the technician, was the BEST man. He went above and beyond in his service and made sure that he didn't leave until we had heat running! I highly recommend BNK for anyone! Great company with wonderful service!
