Tracy is the BEST! She was responsive from the very beginning and always made time to answer questions. Her patience with my daughter was great, she explained things clearly, stayed calm, and built her confidence behind the wheel and my daughter passed her test on the first try! Tracy has a vast knowledge of the driving test and fully prepared my daughter for exactly what to expect on test day. On top of that, her professionalism was outstanding! I do wish they would take more time with the classroom instruction component by making it more interactive and ensuring they understand the basic rules of the road. There is a lot of self-directed learning.
