“Decided last minute on a Saturday night to go get pedicures done. Every nail salon was already closed EXCEPT Top Nails. Called Mr Nguyen, told him we could be there at 8pm, he said come on over. Best pedicure ever! He took his time on both of us. And was very friendly. We will definitely be going back!“
