The office personnel are extremely sweet, friendly, and helpful, making patients feel at home and comfortable from the moment they check in. The staff is gentle and kind, with everyone ensuring patients are doing ok and have everything they need. Dr. Hoerster is a wonderful doctor, and both he and his assistants are super kind during dental work. Patients report great experiences with cleanings and trust the practice's guidance and services, even when paying out of pocket at a reasonable rate. The office offers calming solutions and sends reminders for upcoming appointments. For more complex procedures, patients feel better after their visits and confidently return for future care. This practice is by far the best dentist many have ever been to, creating a perfect and welcoming environment.
Everyone here is extremely sweet and helpful. The ladies checking me in knew who I was the second time ever going there. Every person who passed by me would ask me if I needed anything and made sure I was comfortable. Even during my dental work, Dr. Hoerster and his assistant made sure I was doing ok and they were both super kind. This is by far the best dentist I have ever been to with such a welcoming environment and outstanding staff.
The office personnel are so friendly, they make you feel at home, and comfortable. I cracked an unfinished root canal. There was no way it could be refurbished. Had it pulled. But will be back for a future bridge. I Shall name it once it’s in placed. Dr Hoerster Thank you Sir, sorry for the hard struggle there. But I feel better now that it’s out. Be seeing them again in the near future. 🙂
