I called and had an unusual request. I needed to have a 200 lb cast iron table top moved from my brothers car to mine. We were meeting in Fredericksburg to make the transfer. I talked to Dusty about renting a forklift and them operating it and transferring it at their place of business. He said they could do it. When I asked how much he said free. I was so shocked from his kindness. His response was we are supposed to help people in a matter of fact way. Wow you don’t see that very much anymore. We went and they transferred it and was back on the road in like 5 minutes. Kindness matters. Thank you Dusty and Sunbelt Rental.

The older gentleman at the front desk was very nice. I had called before arriving because I needed to rent a pallet jack. He gave me price and all info over the phone and when I arrived it was ready to be picked up. Thanks for being nice.

Great experience and great staff. Barbara was super helpful and gave me great advice when I called to inquire about a rental. Rented a track Ditch Witch which worked perfectly. Good people and good equipment
