Dr. Amy Jo Pilmer is one of the most fantastic veterinarians of all time. She goes above & beyond every single time for any animal I’ve ever brought to her. She will always be high on my call list for expert veterinary medicine.
I would not go to any other vet than Amy Jo. I moved 100 miles from FBG and still take my cats to her. I first went to her when a previous vet wanted to cut the paw off my cat. I took it to Amy Jo and she saved the paw. She is so intuitive and has that "magic" with animals.
I was introduced to Dr. Amy Jo at a showmanship clinic as a guest speaker, educating parents on health practices for show goats. Late Friday evening I noticed our wether wasn't acting normal and it was a potential emergency. Thankfully she let me bring Spud in as early as I could get him to her on Saturday morning. She was thorough at the visit and made herself very available for the rest of the weekend. We are very grateful as we had a show goat exhibit the same symptoms last year and he died that same night!
