Methodist Physicians Hill Country Medical Group - Fredericksburg - 820 Reuben offers very efficient visits with almost no waiting. The staff is friendly, professional, kind, and genuine. Dr. Love and his crew are awesome, nice, and welcoming. They make patients feel important and explain everything to a T. Patients feel cared for from the time they walk in until they leave. Dr. Love takes all the time needed to assess medical situations, provides excellent exams and diagnoses, and explains necessary surgery. Surgery scheduling is reasonably quick with clear instructions. Everyone is highly recommended for making the experience positive and caring.

I had my initial visit with Dr. Love today. Terry was very helpful getting the appointment scheduled quickly. There was almost no wait time in the waiting room or with Dr. Love. He was compassionate, explained things, took time to answer our questions, and was direct. We felt comfortable with him and are happy to have him on our care team.
