Chose them based on ads for wash and fold service. Took laundry there on a Monday. Lady transferred the laundry from our bag to one of theirs, charged me a high price on credit card, then said they didn't do wash and fold until Wednesday, so wouldn't be done till Friday. We were to leave town on Thursday, so I had to get the laundry back. Then she couldn't refund my card; had to wait until another person came in.
Seems they could modify their ads to explain that wash and fold isn't available every day.
Meantime, we took the laundry to another place in town. It was done in two days, at less than half the cost that Local was going to charge.
