Five Stars all the way. Nathan is trustworthy, always friendly and willing to answer questions. His repair work is excellent and he always takes care of his customers. He is busy so sometimes there is a little wait to get the job done correctly, but well worth the wait.
Replaced screen battery in my nearly unreplaceable early surface. Works good and both screen and keyboard batteries charge. Screen battery was bulging and pressing on the screen, wiping out pixels. Pixels are back and very little stretch marks. Very conscientious worker.
I have been a customer here for many years and have never had anything other than total satisfaction from their services, whether it involves repairing and old computer or selecting s new one.
