Michael and his team showed up early and wasted no time in covering every inch of a 4000 sq foot home that included a pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, three air conditioning units, two electrical panels and numerous DIY modifications previous owners had made since the home was built in 1970's. He was thorough on what was most important and critical yet did not get caught up in the irrelevant minutia. Michael shows up on time, did a thorough inspection inside and out, professional and friendly. This was my second time hiring Michael and I’d hire him again if situation warranted. He’s knowledgeable, genuinely cares about your home and it’s safety. He is definetly a 100%.
