Just want to call out Oscar H. and Mark specifically for doing a wonderful job for fixing our faucet and toilet, especially as a last-minute emergency request. They explained the issue clearly and resolved it swiftly. In fact, they also did some other checks around the house and explained how we could save some money, without prompting. Very pleased with the service we received and will definitely be using and recommending Woodie Woods Plumbing in the future!

I had a great experience with Jerry and Gavin. They assessed both my water heaters, and I didn't feel pressured to make a purchase there on the spot (though they did have a quote ready and were ready to work on it if I wanted). He also went above and beyond to educate me on how the water heaters worked and told me how I can keep an eye on servicing them myself. As a new homeowner, I appreciated the education because I didn't know anything about water heaters beforehand.
We had a home warranty on the home. Jerry and Gavin were patient enough to join me on the phone with the home warranty agent to explain their diagnosis so that I could get my claim with the home warranty company completed. Highly recommend.

Good honest repair from Woody Wood’s plumbing. Performed the fix quick and gave me some tips to do a minor repair myself to save some money. I appreciate the honesty and work ethic they bring. I even had a problem after the repair and Woody’s made sure the job was done right even when there was an unforeseeable issue.
