First I would like to give a great review for the women that run the front desk. They are great. This is a two part review.Part 1- The 1st time I had an eye exam and bought glasses was a very smooth process. The prescription the doctor gave me improved my vision.Part-2 However when I went to get my eyes checked and new glasses a year later was not a great experience for me. When I saw the doctor the second time it was so much faster and didn't seem like there wasn't much attention to my exam. I have been going to Dr. Jimmy Tran for my eye needs for several years now. He is fantastic! He makes me feel heard and respected when it comes to my eye care needs. The staff at Western Center is also outstanding. I’ve purchased several pairs of glasses from here with help from the staff. They are always so kind in helping me choose a frame that looks and feels great on my face. I always love the amount of frame options I have to choose from too.I could not recommend Western Center Eyecare enough!

First time for myself and my husband at Western Center Eyecare for eye exams. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Dr Tran was very personable and thorough. The entire office was very efficient and the process flowed well, even though they had many patients. We were very happy and will be back in the future.
