My experience with Dr. Emily McLaughlin and her staff has been amazing. I met them when a girlfriend recommended I attend a meet and greet event. I immediately felt like I belonged there and I'm greeted each visit with the warmest hellos from all of the staff. The nurses/medical assistants and technicians are just as pleasant and compassionate team. I was able to speak with all of the staff and enjoyed learning about Dr Emily’s surgical/procedures available along with her line of gorgeous skin care products. West Magnolia plastic surgery and “The Retreat” Med Spa is my favorite place to go for some “me” time. The nurses/medical assistants and technicians are just as pleasant and compassionate as Dr. McLaughlin. They are extremely qualified and work very hard to make sure you are happy. Her staff is clearly very nice and very good at their jobs as they are all extremely talented with their specialties. Dr. McLaughlin has been brilliant placing the right people in her office, each and every one of them is amazing. Dr. Emily is an extraordinary Plastic surgeon and speaks to you with honest clarity, backed up with the many years of her experience, you can rest assured your questions have been answered and you will learn to have realistic expectations and with surgical procedure would work best for each individual client. She also takes the time to pay attention & listen patiently to all my concerns. She is my number one Plastic Surgeon. Big huge shout out to Melissa! She is a true artist and at 66’ I’ve never looked better with the combination of Dysport and fillers she recommended for me. Worth every penny because I immediately felt younger, more confident and refreshed. Also, Kelsey is an amazing aesthetician and I have received several different facials from her feeling wonderfully pampered and well taken care of. Dr. McLaughlin is very fortunate to have such a lovely caring and attendant staff and I really appreciate the fact that I receive appropriate time with every visit. My visits have included a combination of facials from Kelsey. She’s very attentive and caters to my needs, wants and wishes. I give super 5 stars are for Melissa. She has guided me through new experiences of lip fillers and botox and I immediately saw such a difference. I was so nervous for my first time to get fillers and my lips done but afterwards, I have had so many compliments about how natural I look. I have had 2 surgical procedures with Dr Emily and I’m so lucky and grateful to my friend for recommending West Magnolia Plastic Surgery and Med Spa. I always say I’m not trying to look younger, I’m trying not to look older! Can’t wait for my next visit….
