Absolutely loved my time at Wellmind. Spent 6 months in their php/iop program and loved every minute of it. The groups really helped me navigate myself and my feelings and the staff is just unbelievable. Ms. Lauren and Rikia make sure you are taken of no matter what your situation is. The therapist and other staff are soooo good at what they do. They challenge you in a good way to figure out your needs and help make you better in general. I miss my time here it was that good. Not even an understatement this facility is the best IOP I have ever attended and legitimately changed my life and helped reshape my view of the world. The team here is excellent and the group therapy is the most effective I've ever been a part of. It's a very diverse group of people and the therapists are available to me everyone's needs. They keep groups small enough so that everyone has a chance to speak in a culture of openness. I spent 6 months here. I cannot recommend it highly enough.
I spent December 2024 through July 4th skipping from facility to facility and never getting any help. I was referred here from one of those places and I am amazed every single day that I work with this team.
This team follows through with everything they say they will do, they make an individual treatment plan for you, you can get real psychological testing done, if there is something you need that is not offered here they will refer you to fantastic clinics.
