I have a Fidelity Home Warranty, and WaterTex Pools was one of their vendors, for when I recently had a pool heating and pump issue. Matt with WaterTex came out and was very respectful, flexible, and reasonable to deal with. They were very quick on coming out for the initial quote analysis, super quick on ordering parts, and even quicker on the install. Truly, I was shocked. With my warranty, I've had to use it for AC and electrical issues so far too; the experience has been horrible both of those times, bad enough that WaterTex & Matt truly stood out, providing a great experience, and I felt compelled to leave a glowing review. I recently had the pleasure of working with a fantastic pool controller equipment installation service, and I couldn't be more impressed. From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless and professional.
The tehnician arrived on time and was extremely knowledgeable about all the equipment being installed. They took the time to explain each step of the process, ensuring that I understood the functionality of the equipment and how it would optimize the performance of my pool. Their expertise was evident, and they made sure everything was set up correctly, testing each component thoroughly.
Matt came to our home, diagnosed the problem, changed out our pool pump and did a fantastic job. He had our new pump installed and working within 30 minutes. I'd like point-out that what we were charged by WaterTex Pools was very reasonable. Thank you for a job well done!
