We had Brad Corbin's company replace our roof and he worked so well with us and our insurance company. I can not say enough good things about Brad and the sub contractor he used to do the work. The workers were polite, constantly working and not wasting time. It was obvious that they had worked together for a very long time as each person had a particularly task to do and worked quickly and efficiently. They were very careful to cover the shrubs near the house and when the job was completed, they picked up every scrap of extra material and nails.A couple of weeks later we decided to replace the carpet in our house with hardwood floors. Because we had had such a good experience with the previous work that Brad and his sub contractors had done on our roof, we considered no one else to do the job and we were not disappointed. Again, the sub contractor and his team of workers worked extremely quickly and efficiently and replaced the entire floor in only one day. We were so very well pleased with the job that had been done. We feel the workers went over and above what was required.It is obvious to us that Brad has worked extensively with these two sub contractors who, both, did an exceptional job. Brad hires only the very best sub contractors.We have another few tasks to be done and we will consider having no one but Brad do the work for us.I highly, highly recommend Brad and his company.Mary and John Percifield
